2. What Is the SGS Green Mark and “100% Recycled Content” Verification?

SGS provides international verification for recycled plastic content, ensuring that the stated recycled content in products is accurate, traceable, and reliable.

Our products have been certified by SGS, earning the “100% Recycled Plastic Content Verification” and the SGS Green Mark. Each production batch comes with an SGS-issued verification report and a scannable QR code for public traceability.

Key verification points include:

  • Confirmation that the raw materials used are 100% recycled plastic

  • Validation of material sources and supply chain data

  • On-site audits of production processes and raw material records

  • Each batch of finished products is traceable with a unique tracking code

3. How Do We Produce SGS Eco-Friendly Material Bags?

We collect used PE (polyethylene) plastic film from various channels, including factories, warehouses, and industrial waste sources. These materials are sorted, shredded, and reprocessed into recycled plastic pellets. The pellets are then used—without any virgin plastic added—to produce plastic bags through film blowing and cutting processes.

All of our products are certified by SGS, with each batch carrying the Green Mark and a verified recycled content report.

Recycling Process Overview:

  1. Collect waste PE film (from factories, warehouses, and industrial sources)

  2. Shred and process (adjusted based on pellet size requirements)

  3. Produce recycled masterbatch pellets

  4. Film blowing and bag making (no virgin plastic used)

4. How Do We Pass SGS Certification?

We undergo the SGS certification process on a regular annual basis, which includes the following:

Raw Material Documentation Review:

  • Records of collected waste film sources

  • Invoices for waste film transactions

  • Warehouse receipts for in-house produced recycled pellets

Production Process Record Review:

  • Quotations, purchase orders, and work orders

  • Material issuance slips, bag inventory records, and delivery notes

  • Batch-wise documentation of input material ratios

Product Verification:

  • Random sampling of finished bags for testing

  • Analysis of recycled plastic content and comparison to material source records

  • Official SGS reports issued, along with the Green Mark certification
